To determine the optimal length of your new stick I suggest the following method:

• Stand upright placing your right or left arm by your side
• Bend the arm 90 degress (parallel to the ground), loosely clench the hand
• Make sure the tape measure is touching the ground and in cms record the measurement to the top of your clenched hand, this is your required length
